Great Coffee Shop Atmosphere This is great for a change from Starbuck's or Tully's. Its not as sterile an atmosphere as the chain coffee shops. It's much more personable and cozy. The dcor is warm and inviting. The quality of the food and beverages is good, the baristas are friendly and this is a great place to unwind and hang out with friends.
Great little memories. Having traveled 2700 miles to savor the atmosphere of the Pacific Northwest, I find Victors Celtic Coffee on the first morning. The state of Washington should pay these people to greet visitors. The atmosphere was open and refreshing, the coffee was fresh and invigorating, the people were bright,warm, witty, edgy, and real, which is really saying something since the sun was barely up. Leaves a lot to be desired We tried this place after learning that Walter of Walters Waffles, which closed a few years back, took over the cafe. We were eagerly looking forward to getting authentic Belgian snack waffles on a Sunday (the only day he makes them) but were disappointed at the selection. They were cold, hard, and starchy, nothing like the authentic stuff from the streets of Brussels. Victor's is the place to be The adopted meeting place for the Redmond Association for Spokenword (RASP) hosts RASP's open mike and Island Style Slam's on the first Saturday night of each month. Their raspberry croissants are to die for. Next time you want somewhere to hang out at, head over to Victor's.
