I've gone to this shop almost exclusively since I got my current car (92' buick LeSabre). They have been extremely good to me for almost a year now, they will install parts I source and Victor himself is a very honest and helpful man. I have gotten my vehicle quoted inspected at other places and then taken it to him on two occasions and he pointed to much smaller problems then the other shops did, and the car is still running today. My first diagnoses on my truck was needing a whole new engine for my F150. Brought it to victors for a second opinion. Instead of having to replace a whole new engine for 10,000$ they found out it was just cylinders that needed replaced. Saved me almost 8000$ by bringing it here. Glad they were honest, did everything in a very timely manner, and my truck is now running like brand new. I’ll always come back and recommend others to as well.
HIGHLY disappointed in them. Had no issues previously with him so I took my vehicle back for a Turbo issue. The problem was NEVER fixed or wasnt installed properly now I have to pay a extra 1400. Pissed beyond measure. DONT RECOMMENDED IF HIS SON IS DOING WORK.
I have encountered unfair treatment and inequity. Despite my request, the repair shop has shown a lack of enthusiasm for addressing my car’s issues, while they have been more inclined to work on other vehicles. being treated fair and equitable because I am a black male who requested repairs but they are not to enthused to work on my car but they quick to work on others. So I never got my vehicle repaired at all.
