Victor and his staff did an amazing job on my new "used" vehicle. He addressed all the issues I had concerns with and I will be bringing it back for follow up services. He stopped the belts from squeaking, stopped the engine from trembling violently, 2 new tires, and for follow up; oil change, radiator support replacement, power window motor switch out, most likely a new bumper and hood. I don't often write negative reviews, but my experience at your establishment was unfortunately disappointing. I brought my car in for an electrical problem, and it seems only a brief OBD2 scan was performed. While I agreed to an eight-hour timeframe and the associated payment, I was later informed that the repair was deemed too time-consuming and ultimately unprofitable for your business. I have since had my vehicle successfully repaired elsewhere.
