I don't often write negative reviews, but my experience at your establishment was unfortunately disappointing. I brought my car in for an electrical problem, and it seems only a brief OBD2 scan was performed. While I agreed to an eight-hour timeframe and the associated payment, I was later informed that the repair was deemed too time-consuming and ultimately unprofitable for your business. I have since had my vehicle successfully repaired elsewhere.
Been taking my cars there the last 14 years, always a fair price and shows me the parts that were worn our damaged. **Update. I took my vehicle to Victor a couple of weeks ago (November 2024) after a mechanic in my new town that I relocated to couldn't figure it out after two trips to him! Wasted $500 on that mechanic and he did some things that I told him weren't going to be the issue and the check engine light kept coming back on.
