I took down the first one because the owner called me and gave me a speech about how this isn't how they are and that he would give me a free auto detail and how he would personally make sure all their mistakes were taken care of in a timely manner. I was told their system gave it an ETA of July 22 but was assured it wouldn’t take that long multiple times. On the 16th i was told itd be ready by the 18th at 4pm. So i went left my job early to go and only to be told that it wasn’t ready, that someone messed up the paint on the bumper during detailing and that the were going to have to repaint it.
