A pro to the nth degree. And a wicked senseof humour
I came to find Victor by happenstance. I was driving down Grant Ave and I had noted his salon. As soon as I got home I googled the salon hoping and wishing he would take a new client. He did and I absolutely love his cuts and styles!! I have never come away disappointed. He's had faithful clients for many years. I am one more of them now! He's so sweet, kind, caring and has a great sense of humor. His salon is so very beautifully decorated. Wonderful ambiance to enjoy. Victor is gifted in many ways.
