Dr. Pidlaoan has always been thorough and detailed in his evaluation and management and I could for sure attest to that fact as one of his patients and as a provider myself. I highly recommend Dr. Pidlaoan to anyone.
Dr. Pidlaoan gave me well supported answers to my questions. He explained the logic behind his diagnostic and treatment options that allowed me to make confident choices. I left feeling well informed and hopefull for an improvement in my condition.
He doesn't listen. He is unengaged. I told him that he already ordered a prep pack for me but when I get to pharmacy for prescriptions I was expecting, found that he had ordered another one. And that he had ordered some medicine that we never discussed, he never mentioned to me, and that I don't need and I'm not going to take. I hate to say it but my impression of him is he scatterbrained. Uncaring and unprofessional. False diagnosis. Incorrect information causing me to need multiple procedures. Thousands of dollars wasted here. Only to have my life saved and be cured by a different care team.
