I got a watch here a few years ago but it stopped working. I went to get it fixed so they said the warranty is expired and they would send it in for a quote and get back to me in a couple days. It ends up taking them 2 and a half weeks to get back to me and they just tell me they are now closed and there is no way of getting it back. Needs better communication.
