As a Consumer arbitrator, I'm aware of good business v. terrible. This is among the worst service. Food was cold when served, and supervisor when approched about problem simply stated: "So what am I suppose to do?" Will never spend time at this business again. We travel thru Cottage Grove several times a month and stopped in today for a late lunch. First time at this chain. Family of 4 were super happy with the food, service, variety, horchata, salsa bar and clean bathroom. The service was friendly, professional and prompt. Will be stopping in more often.
Apparently this "opens at 7am" restaurant opens "whenever it feels like it".
I’ve been wanting to like this place since they opened. Honestly it’s hard to stomach the food though. The meats are all so greasy that there’s orange oil dripping everywhere, even when I order something like chicken tacos. I’ve landed on one dish that I can handle and for the second time now it’s been served with refried beans when it says black beans on the menu.
