this is probably one of the worst sets of nails i’ve ever had…i came here a few weeks ago and i went to VIVIAN! she did an AMAZING job and gave me exactly what i asked for! and also asked me what my preferences were. the nails lasted about 4 weeks which is great! i decided that i’d go to get my nails done again for my vacation at this salon and today was the day. i walked in and noticed VIVIAN was not in but i figured that since the lady that worked with her was in i’d go to her. and that was my first mistake. it was no comm... read more

Buyer beware. I had some hope with the location being under new management. Unfortunately, for me, my experience has been very disappointing. I am very allergic to the chemicals in gel polish and can only do "regular" polish. My first visit there, I shared the allergy, chose the color, and went home only to have allergy symptoms and have to remove the polish. I visited Victoria’s Nail Salon in Voorhees on White Horse Road on Monday at 5:15 PM. The customer service was fairly good, but the basic skills needed for a gel color change and design were lacking. As you can see, there are spots missing in the design, and it’s only been three days. Don’t waste your money here. I had them remove the design and go with a solid color and lines instead. They are under new ownership, and have a banner with walk in's welcome , so I walked in and Lee , took me right away ,and did a wonderful pedicure. It was excellent. Loved the hot stone and lower leg massage, and moisturizer. After , got a smoothie at Smootie King next door, and feel great!! Wonderful way to start my Saturday!!
