Been going here for few years now and this has happened to me multiple times where I make an appt. and then when I go its basically not honored. If an appt is confirmed you should not have to wait an hour after your confirmed appt. Respect people's time. The people I use Alice and Tony do lovely work on my nails, however, the appt system is terrible for pedicures because everytime I make an appt. They are never ready and I always have to wait. Started coming here in 2024 and have always been happy with the services even though a few times when I scheduled my mani/pedi ahead of time with Louis, he was only able to do my mani due to having another appointment. I thought the purpose of an appointment was to make sure they have the time to do whatever services you book. I had my nails done two days ago by jay i got acrylic uv gel he did a really good job. he took his time and knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend to whoever is getting uv acrylic.
