I had a very disappointing experience with Leo. Before we started, I showed him a picture of the exact nail shape I wanted. Instead of following the picture, he created a completely different shape and had to remove the nails and start over. Even after restarting, several of the nails were not applied straight and had to be removed and reapplied.
