Someone recommended this place so I went on a Friday morning, before noon, and there was one other person in there at the time so they weren't crazy busy. I asked for a mani and pedi and two guys attended to me but I hate when they do both at the same time. I want to sit comfortably in the chair and enjoy the massage and possibly dose off instead of having to twist or sit up so that the second person can do my hands. There is a bad attitude of superiority at the Victoria location, particularly from a nail technician named Holly. The nail polishes are old and thick, and the customer service has declined since the change of ownership. With nail salons on every corner, good service is very easy to find. I WILL be going elsewhere, because good customer service no longer exists here for me. I will NOT be returning.

Made an appt for 4 people day before. Said they could do it. Only 3 of us could make it and they seemed like they were scrambling all over the place. The 3 technicians bounced around between us, but the female was the only person who did a really good job. One of the males cut the cuticles so much my kids fingers were bleeding in multiple places and he was constantly being corrected on length, color, ect. The female eventually took over.
