Worst jeweler, took my ring several times to them for a lost stone, they replaced it and prong was catching on things So I took it back and they said it was repaired and 2 weeks later the stone fell again, then they had the nerve to blame me. If it was repaired correctly it wouldn’t have fallen out agin. Spent a few hundred dollars and have nothing to show for.
This place basically stole 700$ from me because they forgot to call me that my custom ring was ready and said it was past 60 days
My fiancé Dakota and I had the best experience here! Pat was extremely helpful and very friendly to both of us. She helped us find the perfect wedding band for him, and we couldn’t be happier!!!
