Very disappointed with this company. They did not send the flowers that I ordered. And they did not send a banner that I paid for. This was from my sister's thoughand I cannot Express how horribly upset I am. Plus I ordered a large and they sent a small spray. It didn't even have the flowers in it that I ordered. And when you try and call to get things corrected. Nobody answers the phone. They say the call volume is too high And user automated chat, but that doesn't help either.

The lady was so sweet and helpful. My bouquet was beautiful.
