Being the procrastinator I am, I walked into Victoria‘s flowers 45 minutes before my daughter‘s fifth grade graduation. Not only did they have the perfect bouquet on display, but they wrapped it up extremely fast and even put a graduation rubber ducky on top. Very grateful.
