I asked for stiletto black and blood red ombre tips. Also told her my husband wanted cat claws. We picked out the red color ( she gave me 3 options... showed me the colors on a paper towel) of acrylic. She gave me what I thought was coffin shape but was later told by her it was ballerina. She did not use the red acrylic but instead air brushed over the black acrylic. This is not what I asked for. I told her such as I was leaving. I was a new client. Was not happy with nail and pedicure but it seemed to me they were only interested in how much they could charge me. You would think they would want me to return as a repeat. Won’t go back.
