Great place to live, since the New Managemnt Company bought the buildings the maintance and manger are great and easy to talk to if there are any issues or questions. Fast reposnce Nice people
The landlords are awful. They never get back to you. Will never open your emails or check their voice mail. If you want to live in a place with the worst landlords in Minnesota come on down to Victorian terrace!! They wouldn’t let me give 0 stars either.
Okay place for the price. No bells and whistles in the unit we had. An in-unit washer/dryer is a huge convenience that I really wish was in more places, but it's not. I happen to really like the big living room block layout and it makes the place feel way larger than the actual space. We've since moved into another apartment closer to the heart of the city, and that apartment has a w/d embedded in a bathroom wall that was cut out into one of the bedrooms to make space for the appliance and its hookups.
