I just moved out of Victorian Square 2 months ago. I lived there a year and a half. It was miserable. The whole time I had AC problems, problems with roaches, mice, spiders, and bats. I made requests after request for them to fix the AC and it still didnt get fixed correctly. I had electric bills over \$200 during summer months. I even called the city on them. Ive lived here for 1 year 8 months, my first appartment of my own. The manager and maintence is very nice and quick to make repairs. Im very happy to be a resident here and am now in the process of moving to another appartment, which managment has made the switch very easy and affordable!

Lived here for three years, it was our first apartment. Maintanence is very quick to make repairs; but the last three months before our lease was up my truck was broken into twice. More security or police patrol would help in great amounts!!
I am a new and current resident at Victorian Square Apartments. Not only is the apartment big and pretty, but the manager is completely accomadating. Dont let the outside fool you, the friendly atmosphere and layout of the apartments are wonderful! Mantainence is top notch on getting repair requests completed. I love living there and look forward to being a long time resident!
