Brian O’Hara was the executive director of the care facility in Cary NC. He was very caring, compassionate and supportive of families. He tried to always listen to concerns and then help resolve issues when possible. He set the bar high for his staff and had the expectation that good care would be provided. He was very perceptive to notice things before problems developed. He was always visible in and around the facility.
Family owned so corporate office cares more about staffing for their own elderly family member at home so they don't have to watch themself rather than hiring staff in a timely manner to care for patients in their facilities. Facilities also have active BED BUGS well over a year now eating the residents and families not notified when they come to visit.
This place is ALWAYS UNDER STAFFED! Resident are not taken care of- corporate dont appreciate employees and they are under handed and lie to get away with what ever problems they face!
My sister, Beverly has lived at Brookstone Haven in Randleman for 3 years. She is intellectually disabled and is high functioning. She had lived in numerous group homes and did not like them. She is very happy now. The staff is wonderful. I love it for her and am very happy to have found such a great home for her.
