OMG, I just stumbled across these reviews. What a joke. Kevin Cunningham who managed these properties for his father. Ran his father's properties into the ground and as soon as his dad passed, sold them off to the highest bidder. He even took the time to post himself and Victorian Properties a great review on the way out!!! Kevin is/will always be a dishonest, crook. 100% slumlord!!! Kevin, why does this not surprise me a bit?!?!
