Super trashy apartments. Filled with gang activity, shootings, drug abuse and dealing, tenants are extremely shady at best. About a week ago some guy at like 10pm was kicking on a door threatening the tenant with extreme violence. The cops had to be called. The whole neighborhood has gone downhill since all these apartments allowed section 8 and Seattle cleared out Rainier avenue.
