What a backwards organization. Nepotism at the highest levels. Unmanageable workloads placed on middle management. Bullying. The salaries are low and uncompetitive to begin with and now with inflation at a 40-yr high, little to nothing is being offered to front line staff- some of whom have college diplomas but still don’t make much more than minimum wage in Ontario (yet some of the organization’s top execs make Ontario’s sunshine list). In terms of employee satisfaction and ethics, they don’t practice what they preach
