When I had my son there were complications. My doctor had them come to my aid. So thankful. She actually had me laughing 😃
I have had visits from VON PSW’s since Dec 2019 in Mississauga. Some PSW just do not show up. No courtesy phone call, nothing. I called the home care agent and was told they do not need to call. It is the prerogative of the PSW to just not show up. Months later, after surgery, and a discharge from hospital, I asked a PSW how late into the evening VON works as I was contemplating arranging an evening visit. Her response was: “an evening visit? Why would you want to do that? Just ask the security guard to come up and help you”... read more
