I contacted this company to quickly inquire about the outstanding debts tied to a property, as I needed this information before making my offer. Due to time constraints, I was only asking about the debts, not detailed property information or full files. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was uncooperative and did not handle my request in a professional or courteous manner. I hope management can ensure more transparent and helpful communication in the future
Staff helpful. Definitely not wheelchair friendly
They don't listen, they're rude, they don't communicate well... they don't care about the tenants. Management needs to change immediately if the company cares about its reputation.
I have asked for help three times from one of the property managers. All three times i was met will arrogance. Would not recommend moving into a property managed by Victorian.
