I have asked for help three times from one of the property managers. All three times i was met will arrogance. Would not recommend moving into a property managed by Victorian.
I have been dealing with Theresa, excellent service, her work ethics is just wonderful, she always has a smile, she listens to your issues, gives u her attention, very prompt in her actions & gets things done, with a great attitude, keep up the good work , everyone even the front staff is very polite & courteous, I am glad my bld is in good hands, can sleep easy, great job madam.
The only thing they manage is how to reliably take people’s money and do absolutely nothing for them.
We’ve been with Victorian for 15 years and only had positive experience with them. One of the best management companies with great people. Recently sold our condo and a bit sad to leave them
Theresa Anne is great to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and provides such prompt and courteous replies 100% of the time! Well done, Victorian, having such great people representing your company!
