Being a homeowner of a condo that has to deal with this company managing their condo board, is a nightmare. The inappropriate spending, the lack of care for owners. It's pathetic. They charge money for having a second spot for your vehicle yet they don't provide the option to plug in. Unless you're friends with the right person. It's clicky. Its inexcusable. abaolute garbage company, jules Leclerq is the worst manager you could ever imagined. GLAD HE IS BLOODY GONE. Even a nil star is a compliment to them. Wish Jules all the worst and an unhappy retirement.
I owned a place managed by Victorian Management for approximately 7 years. I had positive experience dealing with them. My requests were promptly answered and repairs were done to my condo if needed. Landscaping and snow removal were done on time. As I wrote above, my experience with Victorian Management was very good.
I have been living in many countries since i was 18, Hong Kong, Japan, China, England, USA and Canada. Dare I say Jules L the POS is the worst of the worst. He is unhelpful , messy, rude and careless. This Company is so lousy and i wonder how could they stay in business and not being winding up.
