Worst hotel ever. Never ever book this hotel. They charge hidden fees and have bad attitude to customers. Their cancellation policy is awful!! Policy said first night fee will be charged if cancel but they charge much more than that. My booking has 1st night rate around $150 and they ended up charged me $270 for cancellation. Even if you have a reason to cancel and cancel months before traveling date, they won’t refund you!!! Really bad impression.
Our queen sized bed was broken so my husband slept on the sinking broken side of the bed. Also they give u a coffee maker but all the outlets are on the floor so we had to make the coffee in the bathroom by the sink which is absolutely ridiculous. Our coffee cups were also dirty and wet. And the room smelled like old.
We had a great stay here. Rooms were nice, clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, right by the gondola and a 5-10 minute walk to everything in Telluride.
Left my key in my room. It was pretty late and the office was closed. I called the emergency number and it was answered immediately. Guy who answered was understandably unhappy, but he came immediately to get me a replacement key card. Took about 30 minutes, so he had an hour our of his evening for my forgetfullness. He refused a wad of cash and said it was just part of the job. Good service, mediocre rooms, great location.
No A/C in a summer day. But they had clean and okay rooms.
