Kerry white was very unprofessional with no people skills nor compassion nor empathy. Cruel judgemental only wanted to use email , even after I stated had severe rsi in hands and she’s a hand therapist. Vague assumption based judgemental outcome on her behalf. Unprofessional. Katie boag was a lot better.
