From the moment I got a call to book in for my procedure, I felt comfortable. The staff at the front desk are so lovely. The Doctor I saw was very thorough and explained everything in detail. The nurses and anaesthetist were awesome and so patient with me given my anxiety. Great experience overall and would definitely go back.
Couldn’t recommend Victorian Gut Centre more. Everyone who works her is so kind and professional and really put me at ease. The space is calming as well and conveniently located.
I visited the Victorian Gut Centre in Bundoora today and had the best experience. Every single staff member was super friendly, attentive, and accommodating. My procedure and entire experience was a breeze. The building and interior was really nice and had a welcoming and cosy feel to it. 10/10. I highly recommend coming here for a gastroscopy / colonoscopy
Today, I had a procedure at the centre with Dr. Tin, and the experience was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were warm and welcoming, putting me at ease straight away. The nurses were kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Dr. Tin was professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly, which helped calm my nerves.
