Very sad to say this was the worst service I have ever received and we will not be returning for Mother’s Day brunch like we have in the past. We waited over an hour for tea and soup and then at least another 30-45 minutes to receive our entrees/deserts. During check in it was like a mad house and very unorganized. Don’t get me wrong when we did receive the food it was delicious. But other than that it was very poorly put together and an unorganized mess. RecommendedThe princess tea event was the finale to my granddaughter Princess Zi’s birthday month of events. She loved it! Without a doubt, we will return to enjoy another event.

What a fantastic place! So elegant and classy and the high tea was superb! Great tea, great food, great service!! I brought my mom here for her birthday and we enjoyed it so much we have decided to make this a birthday tradition for all us girls from now on ❤️
We were very disappointed at our recent visit. Not only was the food cold, the scones burnt, the soup wasn’t what it used to be, and the service was less than impressive/boarder line rude. I hope maybe it was an off day because I hate to see that tea room go under. However, that will be our last visit. :(
