They do a nice job—if and/or when they show up. Our HOA hired them this year for regular landscaping, but they have failed to follow up on a request for a specific, additional, vine-removal job. When I call to ask for an estimated job-completion date, they tell me they will “ask Colin” and promise to get back to me the same day. But I never hear back from them. This has been going on for well over a month now.
