This guy Jhin Lee was extremely reliable and brilliant cost-wise too for a number of years until late last year when he failed to show up for a job appointment which him & myself had mutually agreed upon. I have tried everything to contact him about the whys and wherefores of his out-of-character and utterly disappointing no-show but he has consistently failed to answer my calls or return my messages.
