Avoid if possible.
I gave this place 2 stars because of the new management company. I stayed there 6 months and I bet I unplugged the master bathroom toilet at least once a week. You can't call anyone to come and check out the toilet. No one is ever in the office.
New owners have let this place go quick !! No one is ever at the office . Hard to get ahold of them . They take ages to fix things . We have to clean up everyone’s mess outside . It way to expensive as well . The least they can do is keep it nice and tidy like Dallas and old maintenance would . The pool hasn’t even been opened . I don’t recommend living here . We’ll be moving out soon .
New owners, place has gone down fast. Trash everywhere, only people who clean is people who live here. Won’t fix anything and charge you to fix anything, when it’s their responsibility to fix stuff, like A/C that’s been broken for 2 months. Won’t do anything about neighbors who drive in parking lot doing doughnuts. Still not working on opening the pool, when ask about it we are told they are working on it for over a month and nothing has been done.
My opinion not fond of living on top of other people
