Victorian Charm is my favorite shop in Berlin! I stop in every time I’m down the ocean. Debbie, Steve, and the rest of the staff always make you feel welcome and are extremely helpful. In December, I even made a special day trip from Baltimore to VC to have some items monogrammed. I had previously ordered the items off Etsy from another seller and they turned out terrible, but Debbie was able to re-do the monograms they messed up and they look perfect now! Well worth the trip!
