I lived in Vicortian Arms for two years, it's in a good location, the rent was cheap, and their nice sized. That is where it ends though. However, rent is cheap for a reason. The management staff is rude and never reachable when needed. No one ever answered their phone, even the maintenance personnel. The maintenance man, and owners, would come in and out of my apt. without permission or notice, even when I signed a paper that was given to me where I chose that no one could come in without my being there or having notice. I've been a resident at Victorian Arms since 2011, & I'm continually impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the maintenance crew (specifically Jeff). Whenever I've had an issue with drainage, a heating unit, or power outage, etc - Jeff always responds to the call in a timely and professional manner. Jeff is never too busy to offer a friendly "hello," and I feel safe and in 'good hands' in this Bridge Road community. Thank you Jeff, & maintenance crew for your hard work!! Bridgette
