I just had the worst experience of my life at this clinic and will never go back. At least, not to Dr Suarez. I went in for an issue that presented itself overnight. By the time I got an appt with him, I had already been seen by a walk-in clinic who promptly addressed my concerns and put me on strong antibiotics. This clinic was EXCEPTIONALLY rude. They tried to charge me a $25 fee for a “missed apt” that I did not make. I was originally calling to reschedule an apt MORE than 24 hours in advance when the manager told me it was “last minute and less than 24 hours” and since my appointment was THE NEXT DAY, they couldn’t schedule anyone for my spot. The manager also refused to speak to me multiple times, ignored me, and transferred me while I was trying to explain that I did NOT the apt they wanted to charge me for nor was I cancelling... read more
He is very kind. He listens to you. He knows what he's doing and when it comes to surgery he makes sure you know everything. He's an amazing dr. I recommended him to my family and friends.
I brought it to his attention that I wanted a vbac and he laughed in my face then replied with “you’re going to kill your self” then turned to my husband and said “better start looking for a new wife”. A few weeks later when morning sickness kicked in and I already had to go to the er 2 times for fluid bags he laughed at me and told me I don’t deserve to have any modern medicine because I wanted to try for a natural birth after a c section (2 years ago.) Dr. Suarez is an amazing doctor. He did my hysterectomy. I drove from Corpus Christi ( an hour and a half away) for him to do my surgery. I have very minimal scarring and bounced back rather quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Suarez! He has one of the best bedside manners I've experienced with any doctors! He is one of the best in his profession!!
