I had a terrible birthing experience with Dr. Hicks... I had him as my ob for the first half of my first pregnancy and then had her in san antonio 0 issue's and my doctors took care of me. Perfect straight cut for my line ans the section recovery was less than a week if that. I requested some of the tools used on me last time to help with recovery but he didn't listen to me at all... he came in even though he had strep throat to preform my surgery even tho I was told that I would have Zamora since he was sick... so about to ... read more
No patient should have to endure years of ongoing discomfort or uncertainty because their provider did not investigate further to provide an immediate outcome. I expect a physician to listen, care, and act, but unfortunately, that wasn’t her experience here. I hope this review encourages more attentive, proactive care for future patients.
Dr. Hicks is a wonderful doctor. Like the other reviews say, he listens and answers all your questions and doesn't make you feel rushed. He has exceptional bedside manners and is a very good doctor and really cares about his patients. I'm very glad I switched over to him. He and this clinic are all amazing, patient, and know their stuff.
