Worst phone manners. Being in victoria they dont help you in finding a doctor that fits and come across very pompous, when one really doesnt understand what is wrong.
NEVER ANSWER CALLS. NEW TO VICTORIA AND TRIED CALLING FOR MONTHS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FINALLY GOT AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS SCHEDULED AT THE WRONG CLINIC! SAT IN THE OFFICE OVER 30MINS WHILE THE FRONT DESK LADIES HAD PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS AND DIDNT DO THEIR JOBS TO REALIZE SOMEONE WAS SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR OVER 30MINS! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT RECOMMEND! WOULD RATHER DRIVE 1.5HRS TO MY OLD GYN.
They make you send and send and send documents over and over in order to be seen, they have the worst organized clinic ever! Do not recommend this one. They give you too much of a run around
I had a deeply traumatic experience under the care of Gus Zamora delivering my firstborn at Detar. I was induced against my will @41 weeks pregnant. I was begging and crying for him to not induce me because I was praying for a natural birth, but he grabbed me by the shoulders and told me if I didn’t sign the papers and get induced right then (Friday) that he was going to cut me open on Monday.
