TERRIBLE. Ordered and paid for 24 long stem roses and only 13 were delivered. Have spoken twice via phone, personally visited shop and emailed twice to no avail. Poor service and no attempt from owner to try and rectify after we notified her.
This must be close to the worst business I have ever dealt with. I ordered roses and champagne for a friend’s birthday to be delivered yesterday. Nothing arrived. Today, I have rung about a dozen times. I have also emailed several times. My first call was answered by ‘Victoria’ - the boss I presume. She listened to my problem and promised to call me back in 5 minutes. She didn’t.
