I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by my experience living under Broadstreet Properties/Victoria Views. Over the past few months, my two small children and I have been subjected to ongoing harassment, threats, and unsafe conditions in our home. Despite repeatedly reaching out for help, the building management not only ignored our cries for safety but actively worsened the situation by making false accusations, verbally abusing me, and threatening eviction without cause. He is very cooperative , understating and he has very fast response, effective response to any issue related to the site. Worst ever place in winter time they turn off they electricity plugs on parking you will find very hard time to get your vehicle started nd may cost you soo much on maintenance even you go to management they can’t really do anything except putting some requests when ever they say they will send someone to look onto no one will ever come Be aware …..
Service received today on dryer repair was very pleasant and my husband and I are were very pleased with him. Anthony who serviced us was polite and did a very good job. Thank you very much. Our dryer now is working good.
The staff at Victoria views are so wonderful. I especially want to appreciate Anthony for his amazing way of carrying out his maintenance services. On many occasions he has been assigned to my unit for maintenance purposes and he is hardworking, calm, always listening to understand and carries out excellent service. On an occasion he was assigned around 3am to check my smoke alarm and he was careful not to wake my boys when he changed it. Great job Anthony 👍
