Do not go here, the doctor is rude and there negligence nearly killed my mother
Pretty angry after my attendance today. I got there for my appointment booked for 21/12 at 11:30. I was told by the receptionist there are no doctors working today as they finished yesterday for Christmas. I showed her my email confirmation of the appointment which clearly said confirmed. I booked 4 days prior on hotdoc. She stated oh well sometimes hot docs doesn’t tell us. This is not good enough customer service. Very annoyed.
I have always just seen any doctor available, whenever i need. after meeting Dr shasikala prahapalan I won't go anywhere else. She goes out of her way to ensure the well-being of her patients and is very caring, knowledgeable and professional. I will highly recommend to others.
Had a wonderful empathetic doctor there for awhile - his name was Dylan. Honest, individually orientated and understanding. His departure is a great loss. Yet to find the right doctor at this practice since he left.
