I live there. I understand that compared to other 55 up apartments this is exceptional. The rent appears fair although I hadn't rented in 40 years. I did a lot of research to land here.
Victoria Springs is such a beautiful property! Trina takes great pride in the grounds and the service here. The activities they provide are so fun and help create a really awesome community!!
I love these apartments. The landscape is beautiful and is always kept up so nice. The pool area is always so inviting. The management is very kind and helpful . Trina is very helpful and the one to ask for. Love her! I highly recommend this apartment complex. Also very accessible to victoria Ave and the 91 freeway. Another plus!
I don't live at Victoria Springs Apartments, but I do visit quite often. The place is super clean, quiet and well taken care of. The landscaped grounds are beautiful. I have met the manager at a few events they have for the residents (BBQ.'s etc.) She's amazing!! Super approachable and helpful. The way she interacts with the residents you can tell she truly cares about the community. She puts in a lot of effort into making Victoria Springs a great place to live. I want to start off by saying the staff here is amazing Carla and Triana are the best Carla explains the move in and makes it very easy and exciting, the community offers special benefits to there residents on occasions. With treats and there's a special fair event for the residents makes things fun for everyone. The grounds look amazing its clean and has tht tropical feeling for a nice stroll around the property, maintenance is doing a great job its clean very well kept.
