I am Recommending Victoria Skimboards. Tex Haines founded this company, probably sometime 40 years ago. We all grew up surfing with Tex and his family at SanO. He has the distinction of making the first high quality skimboards, from the Laguna Canyon location. I used their San Clemente shop to put a new finbox in my paddle board. They seem to provide a wide variety of surf vehicle services and delivered on time with great workmanship.
