From start to finish, staff was welcoming, friendly, informative and made the whole experience easy and non-stressful. Victoria eased my concerns with her kindness and knowledge. I feel less concern, my Dr. said loose stool on such a regular basis is not good, and had me a little worried. Victoria such a has a pleasant manner and explained every thing very well, which made me feel much better.

Came in the office and the staff was super nice, was checked in and immediately after was taken to the back which is nice because I honestly hate waiting for a long time. The doctor came in like 5 minutes after and she answered all my questions and helped me with additional information.

I absolutely loved having Mrs. Scheibel as my gastroenterologist. She made it a point to answer all of my questions in a manner that I could understand while showing care and compassion for my ailments. Your organization is fortunate to have someone like her on your staff.

All went well with visit. Victoria explained what would happen with the medication I was on. There wereno guarantees it would still work after I was not on it. I would see her in another month. I thank her for her honesty and concern. God bless you! Sister Susan

Everyone here has been extremely pleasant and helpful. Victoria took her time to explain everything to me which I appreciate. It has been a little bit stressful and knowing I have helpful people to help me means the world to me.

My overall experience was excellent. Victoria listened patiently and came up with a plan of tests. I am confident with her diagnosis and treatment. I have been a patient for years and this was my best appt. There was no wait. The scheduling Dept was very good as well. Thank you !
