Horrific experience. Unsanitary. Poor nail care. This place has really gone downhill in the past year. The tech took off nail polish by peeling it off. After complaining he gave me boiling hot nail soak and was upset that I wasn’t putting my hand in bowl. He ruined my natural nails and tried using glue to put one back on.
I’ve brought my daughter to get her nails done here twice and the gel polish comes off the same day. Her husband told me to bring her in when I can to fix it, but I couldn’t bring her on weekends, which is the only time she’s not in school. The wife refused to honor it bc she said it’s been too long. She told me if it happens again to let her know within 10 days. I was doing nails and feets on Thursday afternoon the nail shop was so strong from a liquid smell and very dirty. I saw a nail tech take multiple customers at the spa and did not clean the spa chairs after each customer. They didn't take their time to do my feet, I spent $53 to get my feet done and they did it in only 25 minutes. I saw dust nails and skins all over around the spa chairs and all over in the floor.
