Friendly staff & very helpful. Fixing some jewelry & making an earring set with a loved ones ring that passed on. Update 3-23-2026 Just got my stone back (pictures don't do it justice!) that I had set in a ring & it's absolutely stunning. Victorias jewelry was VERY punctual & the communication was amazing! We plan to go back to have more jewelry fixed!

I've been wearing my wedding and engagement rings for 46 years. It's a brushed-metal, white gold set with a single diamond. I noticed recently that a couple of the prongs that held the stone in place were either worn down or broken, so my husband took it to Victoria's Jewelry to be repaired. When we picked it up today, I was shocked to see that they had taken it upon themselves to remove the entire brushed finish on both bands, leaving me with a very polished, shiny surface that, sadly, looks nothing like the rings I've worn... read more
