LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it here !!! – I love to go and get my nails done and sit in a comfy, cozy atmosphere... especially when they offer coffee too :) A nice professional place, close to everything in Mendon and only a few minutes from my work so I can always pop in on my lunch. Friendly, courteous owner and staff ..... nothing beats great customer service !!! If you are looking for a place to get your hair done or a mani/pedi - this is the place to go !! Have sent family and friends there.... everyone raves about it!
Worst color job ever – I received the worst color job ever at this salon by the owner. She tried to lift color with color and instead of desired highlights, she turned me a dark red. She told me to check my schedule in order for her to fix the mess. When I called to tell her that I wanted her to fix it and was still unhappy after seeing it in natural light, she lost her temper and insisted on refunding me instead of trying to repair the botched job.
