Dr. Bignal is the best doctor she is so so good with my Mom thank you Dr.Bignal!!! for caring so much!
I am not fond of going to the doctor. It creates pretty severe anxiety in me. NOT with doctor Bignal. I was looking for a smart and kind doctor so I asked the staff, to a one they recommended Dr. Bignal. They were right. You're making a big mistake closing the Frankfort office and losing her. My husband and I would drive quite a distance to remain in her care. She listens .then she thinks. She asks questions. This place is closing! They have fired the staff, except Dr.Vandergriff, but you can't get an appt. We have had 2, both canceled! We need a Doctor.
Not a great experience. She was cold and I did not feel like she listened to me. There was no problem solving or explanation. She was in my room for no more than 3 minutes. Would not recommend.
