Barbara is amazing at her job. Very professional and cool. We are going to miss her very much.
Excellent place. The storage unit was very large, the place was very safe and the service great. The only reason why we left i because we moved.
Where can I start with this facility. The Facility is beautiful on the exterior but the issues are with staff. I store my RV in an Enclosed unit which is rented with power, the downside is you have to plug from the outside where staff thinks it’s appropriate to unplug your trickle charger. Also when storing your Vehicle that is the only thing you are allowed to store, if they catch you with your door open and see anything other then a vehicle like boxes or any other stored item they will send you a 30day notice to vacate. We drove in from out of state with our family pulling our trailer that needed to be dumped, we googled thos friendly place that advertised 15.00 open for non members to dump. People also commented pleasant easy access to dump Rv. We arrived and Barbara refused us and the q5.00 that was advertised i asked please we traveled from out of state and she said no again we could go somewhereelse down the st. I couldn't remember st so I called and I said please the advertisement off the website it's not her fault but she refused us. ... read more
