I just called to make an appointment because online the doctor didn't have anything available until June. The man who I spoke with for scheduling was completely unhelpful and unprofessional. He cut me off and refer me back to mychart then hung up on me.
Amazing doctor and would love to give her 5 stars but what is the point of having a primary doctor you can’t see when you need her? Every time i call there are no appointments for a month and a half. I am not sick in december, i am sick now. I am stuck having to go to urgent cares and getting misdiagnosed by doctors that don’t care.
I searched for a long time (over a year) for a primary care doctor. One insulted me straight to my face, another furrowed her brow when I told her of symptoms I was having and another misdiagnosed me not once but twice. I gave up. Then I found Dr. Rarity. Wonderful doctor, pleasant to be around, genuinely concerned, listened intently, beautiful smile and was easy to talk to. All around wonderful. I can't say how happy I am I found her.
