I would like to give 0 stars for this appointment however the system would not allow it. Disappointed, Telehealth app call evidently didn’t connect (or so I was told when I called later to see why I had been sent an escript for an anti inflammatory drug for arthritis) no consultation was had for my Flu like symptoms but I could book for another Telehealth appointment tomorrow, no thank you. Dr Claire is always on time and her knowledge of menopause or any female stuff and mental health is exceptional.
I was very happy with my doctor's telephone conversation. She was caring, kind and considerate and always was in the past.
I followed as a long term patient of Dr Bridget Barker to this practice and do not regret it. Kylie is so lovely to talk to, honest and kind and will remember your name and who you are. Donna is incredible, if she ever is having a bad day, you do not know about it. The most professional yet lovely and personable woman I have ever met. My husband and I see Dr Claire for our daughter and could not be happier. So please that we can stay at the one practice with the most supportive medical professionals.
