Disgraceful. I had throat pain, whole body aches, chills and headache so bad it was impossible to sleep. Booked online, answered 'yes' to sore throat question and website instantly directed me to make telehealth booking. Appnt time passes, no call, 2 hours later receptionist (not a doctor) calls says I should have come in instead, that my records not on system. Was rude and made me feel like I was in the wrong.
